 To Qualify For This Holiday Offer To Thailand You Must:

 
1) Both must speak English - Husband / Wife or Boy / Girl Friend.

2) Be a married couple or living together for a minimum of 2 years.

3) Be in full time employment.

4) If retired have a pension of at least U$20,000 per year combined.

5) Travel together when taking this holiday offer. (Minimum 2 Persons)

6) Both partners be between the ages of 30 - 70.

7) Not be traveling as a group (2 or more affiliated couples - One couple only).

8) Have never previously participated or purchased a Thailand holiday voucher.

9) Attend a relaxed, informal presentation about any questions you may have about the hotel or location that you are in or any activities etc that you may wish to attend. Secondly it's about our online holidays and our Hotels in China, Thailand and Spain.

A. Is This Promotion Just For English Speaking Couples ?
 Q. It is mainly for English speaking couples but if you are: French, German, Italian, Russian, Swedish, Finish and Norwegian speaking guests, please fill in the enquiry or registration form adding your nationality and comments in your native language explaining this. .

A. Do I Require A Visa To Enter Thailand ?
 Q. This promotion is for English speaking guests so guests from Australia, The UK, New Zealand, Ireland, USA, Canada and English speaking Expats living over-seas do not require a visa when entering Thailand for tourist purposes if their stay does not exceed 30 days. If you both speak English but your country is not mentioned above, please see full details here.

 A. The age requirement states 30 - 70. I am 35 but my partner is only 28, do we still qualify ?
 Q. No, unfortunately both partners must be a minimum 30 years to participate in the promotion.

Q. Can I add people to my party, even if I buy additional vouchers ?
A. No, the offer is strictly unavailable to groups (2 or more affiliated couples). A maximum of 2 children (under 12) are permitted.

Q. Can I purchase holiday vouchers on behalf of my friends or family ?
A. Yes, the voucher is fully transferable and can be passed on to friends & family, providing they adhere to the conditions of use and are NOT traveling with other voucher holders. Simply give us the details of who you would like the voucher making out to at the time of winning.

Q. Does the offer come with flights & food.
A. No ! This is an accommodation and breakfast only offer and does not include flights. To find the best flight prices we suggest that you consult your local 'Travel Agent' or from any online flight booking company. We suggest that you check around for flights before you send us a reservation due to the dates might be different. All meals & beverages are the responsibility of the voucher holder.

Q. I have 2 children aged 12 & 15, can I still take part in the promotion ?
A. Yes ! You can still take part in the promotion however, you must purchase an extra bed. This must be paid in full prior to arrival.

Q. The offer states that 2 children free, can I travel if I only have 1 child ?
A. Yes ! The offer is for "up to" 2 children, if you have only 1 child this is fine.

Q. I wish to travel with 1 child who is over 12 years old, can I still take part in the promotion ?
A. Yes ! You can still take part in the promotion however, you must purchase an additional bed, you are not required to purchase an additional room. This must be paid in full prior to arrival.

Q. How do I pay ?
A. We use a Money Bookers & PayPal system for both online C/Card and money transfer payments, Visa, Master  Card, Amex and you can bank transfer to our bank account. Please request this information in the comments section of the registration form or contact us using our enquiry email form. If you also require extra nights or extra bed(s) then this has to be paid up-front along with the full holiday package payment. All details of payment will be emailed to you once you have registered or confirmed your booking to our sales team.

 Q. What is the booking procedure ?
A. Firstly you need to agree to the terms & Condition above. Once you have agreed to this then you simply send us your registration / booking details.

' It is always best for you to check on the flights and traveling dates before you fill in and submit the registration / booking form due to the departure and return flight dates might be different from the dates that you add to the online form. You can always request a extra few days if you wish by adding the number of days when you fill in the registration / booking form. '

Once you have submitted the form and we have confirmed your registration / booking and the dates that you require we will then send you a email with payment instructions / options and then as soon as payment has been made, you will then need to send us via email your flight information (Carrier Name - Flight Number - Arrival / Departure dates and times) for your complimentary airport transfer to our Hotel in Thailand. That's basically it and start packing.

Q. Do I have to make my own way to the hotel ?
A. No, the promotion includes a free airport pick-up.

Q. Am I restricted to a fixed check in day ?
A. No, we offer an "any-day" check in, this way you will not be restricted when booking your flights.

Q. I am a single but I intend to travel with a friend, do we still qualify ?
A. No, unfortunately you must be a couple either married or living together. Promotion is not available to single persons.

Q. Are there any dates currently not available ?
A. All dates are currently available however, the Xmas holiday period (20th Dec 2008 - 19th Jan 2009) and Chinese New Year is strictly subject to availability and may be subject to an additional surcharge. Please contact for more information.

Q. Attend an introductory presentation about online holidays, what's it all about.
A. The presentation is firstly to show you around the hotels and offer you first hand information about any questions or any activities etc that you may wish to attend. Secondly it's about our online holidays and our Hotels in China, Thailand and Spain. It is compulsory to attend however, there is no obligation to purchase anything or enter into any contract. The presentation includes soft drink, coffee or tea and light snacks.

Q. The promotion states 7 nights, can I purchase additional nights ?
A. Yes, additional nights can be purchased at a discounted rate directly with 'Absolute Holidays'. These must be paid in full prior to arrival.

Q. The promotion states 7 nights, if I purchase is it possible of me to stay for 4 or 5 nights ?
A. Yes, this is possible. You are not obligated to stay the full 7 nights if you do not wish, however the package selling rate will remain the same and you must still attend the presentation on your given day. Please contact us using the email contact form below if you have any questions.
